I love this item. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and we have been having so much fun creating funny food faces! I even started a blog to post pictures of the food face plates that we made and that others have sent in [...].

I ordered 9 of these plates on Sept. 25th - indeed they were a popular & hard-to-find item and when I ordered them they were on back-order. I finally received them the last week of December. I have 9 great-nieces & nephews and so far I have delivered the plates to 5 of them. They absolutely LOVE them and the parents think they are pretty cool, too - anything to encourage good eating. It would be great if they were a little bigger but work just the same at this size.

This is a cute item. The kids love them and the adults too (I must admit, I made quite the spaghetti hair-do with mine!) They are sold out everywhere this time of year. But here's a tip...I saw some on ebay!

My children 8 and 3 both love them. Very well made -- think and durable. A terrific gift.

Why would this be ceramic for toddlers? My 20 month old broke it in the first sitting... simply by throwing it from her high chair to the table, about 6 inches away. it broke in half. I loved the dish, but they need to make it in plastic!!

I received this mug as a gift. Although I now see it was a little pricey for a mug, it is my favorite mug. The size is perfect if you like large cups of coffee or tea, and the yellow color will brighten your morning.

I love my new mug! It is even better up close and you really can't go wrong here. Great mug!

Holy crud it came quick! Super quick! And I love the box it came in aswell. Only problem is it's so pretty I don't want to take it *out* XD.

My wife didn't understand why I wanted this coffee mug. It reminds me of early mornings sitting at the counter of a diner on the way to a fishing trip, enjoying a great cup of coffee while contemplating the day's activities. The mug has just the right heft. It's not something you can explain, but the coffee drinking experience is just better with a diner mug. I got two of them and am now ordering another for work.

I'm a fan of diner coffee mugs. Unfortunately, as one reviewer noted, most are made in China. The best diner mug, in my opinion, was the Victor mug, made in Victor, New York. Victor made the ceramic insulators, used on electric power lines, and as a side, made mugs from the same material. I have several, found in thrift shops and Salvation Army shops. They are the standard! They can be found on e-bay. At one time they were sold by the Vermont Country Store, but they no longer list them. Another company that made diner mugs was the Buffalo china company, also in NYS - don't know if they're still in business or not. Victor Coffee Mug, 7.5 oz Capacity, White Finish, 1 Dozen

This is absolutely, hands-down, the perfect coffee mug. I've been looking for years, and this is it. The size is perfect-you can drink a cup of coffee this size before it cools to bitter sludge like it would in a much larger cup. The weight is just beautiful. I've dropped these numerous times, but haven't broken one, yet. No matter how hot your joe, this cup is so thick that it's never too hot to handle. The shape is great, too-the slightly curved sides are easy to grip while you're stumbling around in your morning stupor, waiting for the caffeine to kick in. I made the mistake of only getting one of these (for me!) and am now re-ordering so that we'll have enough for my husband, visiting relatives, and Christmas gifts!

There's just something about this mug that makes my coffee experience that much better. I have never encountered a mug quite like this one; it's absolutely my favorite and I would recommend it to any serious coffee drinker. In fact, buy more than one. I bought four!

These mugs are great. I ordered 6 (as one reviewer suggested) because I knew I'd always want one clean and ready to use. It would have been nice to discover these were made in the USA instead of China but, oh well...I had to have them anyway. They're heavy and keep the coffee nice and hot. Love them!

This book is one of the very few I have found to be quite useful when searching for information/prices on Vintage Ceramic Christmas Collectibles. It has many Lefton, Napco, Holt Howard and Enesco, pieces. However, it also contains many of the harder to find pieces, Dickson, etc. It also has fantastic photos of each and every piece. It really is a MUST HAVE for any Vintage Christmas Collector!!!!

This book is a must for any serious ball knob collectors. The pictures are outstanding. The text is clear and concise. I would urge ball knob collectors to invest in this book
